  Booked a property viewing, estate agent (Sandra) wasn't there at the agreed time. Called the Barrow office and spoke with Melissa, she assured us that the estate agent was at a property far away and would be there shortly. We waited another half an hour and called again, Melissa then advised that the viewing was never booked in. Instead of sending someone else out to show us round they have promised a call back to book an out of hours viewing. We have other houses to view, it's the seller we feel sorry for! The properties been on the market since December- no wonder!
